Teacher Training Includes:

25 Private Lessons
Monthly Equipment and Equipment Classes
All testing; written, performance, and practical
200 hours of volunteer teaching, observation, and personal workouts (group and private lessons)
140 hours of comprehensive lecture covering all machines. (Reformer, Mat, Low Chair, Cadillac, High Barrel )
15 hours of Anatomy and Kinesiology (with homework and testing requirements)

With her extensive expertise and personalized approach, she brings a unique depth to her Pilates practice. Randi’s instruction style is comprehensive while still allowing for student's own teaching styles to shine. Become part of our inviting, woman-owned boutique studio community. This program will take place over the course of one year, starting in January 2025. Weekend intensives will be held once per month and will feature lectures and training sessions.
