Our year-long certification program offers comprehensive monthly lectures and training sessions, personal practice access, observation hours, and more!

Course 1 - Beginner/Intermediate lecture weekends:

Weekend 1: January 11th, 12th
Weekend 2: February 8th, 9th
Weekend 3: March 1st, 2nd
Weekend 4: April 5th, 6th
Weekend 5: May 3rd, 4th
Course 2 - Advanced lecture weekends:

Teacher Training Includes:

25 Private Lessons
Monthly Equipment and Equipment Classes
All testing; written, performance, and practical
200 hours of volunteer teaching, observation, and personal workouts (group and private lessons)
140 hours of comprehensive lecture covering all machines. (Reformer, Mat, Low Chair, Cadillac, High Barrel )
15 hours of Anatomy and Kinesiology (with homework and testing requirements)

In her Pilates practice, she brings unmatched expertise and personalization. Her instruction style is comprehensive while still allowing for student's teaching styles to shine. Join our community at our welcoming, woman-owned boutique studio. This program will be offered over one year, beginning in January 2025. Weekend intensives will be held once per month and will feature lectures and training sessions. This structure allows for greater flexibility for busy students.
