Mat and Prenatal Mat

Learn the fundamentals of Pilates on the mat. We recommend taking a mat class before equipment classes to learn the language and style of the Pilates method. We will use various props from time to time, i.e. arc barrels, TheraBands, balls, hand weights, and more. All ability levels, ages, and experience levels are welcome!

We are also excited to reintroduce Prenatal Pilates on the mat. All Frog Temple instructors are fully certified in prenatal Pilates! Let us help you stay strong and flexible throughout your pregnancy.

Group Equipment Class

Group equipment classes are taught on reformer machines*. Use the springs and pulleys to strengthen and increase your flexibility at the same time. All ability levels, ages, and experience levels are welcome!

Private and Semi-Private Lessons

One-on-one personalized Pilates classes. Specialized Pilates lessons just for your needs. Semi-private (duo) lessons are also available- come do Pilates with your bestie!

Sticky socks are optional, we welcome bare (clean) feet! Bring your own water bottle, and dress to work out. You are welcome to change here at the studio if you need to.

Pilates with Randi on YouTube FREE

Join Randi as she teaches Pilates Mat workouts for all levels.
